I bought the LG-400L two weeks ago from HongKong and used it in California with AT&T. I root the phone using instruction from VDT (thank you very much -- the phone work better with root). I download VDT-V2 the day after it released ands everything work OK. When V3 came out the next day, I flashed it but it never complete the process (the phone just hung). I removed the battery and start the flash again and it was successful the 2nd time. I'm still trying to setup the phone after installed V3 but it seem everything work OK (no more Korean apps). Thank you very much VDT for your hard work and please continue support this nice phone.
